IF YOU’RE NEW HERE, I’M TAMARA!

A FEW YEARS AGO DURING A WINTER SEASON, A DEAR FRIEND INTRODUCED ME TO THE ART OF SOAP-MAKING, AND I WAS INSTANTLY CAPTIVATED.

I delved into it with fervor, creating soaps in my kitchen as a way to channel my energy during those rainy days. Before I knew it, my passion had organically blossomed into a full-fledged business.

As a young girl growing up on Vancouver Island, I discovered my love for creating. Some of my most cherished childhood memories involve crafting with my two sisters, all the aunties, my mother, and of course my nan - our home was always brimming with the powerful, creative energy of strong women.

Each bar of my botanical cold process soap, coastal candle, botanical bath bomb, and bottle of plant perfume is lovingly handcrafted in small batches, infused with love, and a deep commitment to being environmentally friendly and ocean-safe.

I am immensely grateful to be a part of the vibrant female-led business community in Tofino, where entrepreneurship thrives. It is my hope that through my business, I can pass on the same passion for mindfully made goods to my own daughter as she grows.

With this blog, I hope to help you think a little differently about living a more mindful life.
