Shipping & Local Pick Up
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $125 within Canada.
For all other orders, shipping is a flat rate of $12 across Canada.
Please note that we no longer ship to the United States due to unpredictable tariff fees and the additional paperwork now required. As an independently owned and operated business, we don’t have the capacity to manage this reliably, and we want to ensure a smooth experience for every order we send out.
All orders are packed and shipped from Tofino - a small surf town on the west coast of Vancouver Island. It’s quite literally the end of the road. Because of this, shipping timelines can look a little different than larger centers.
Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days, depending on order volume and carrier access (UPS, FedEx, Canpar, and Canada Post, etc.).
We always aim to get your order out the door as quickly as we can, but because everything is made and packed in small batches here in the studio, it can take a little longer than larger, warehouse-based operations.
That said, this isn’t just about getting a box from point A to point B.
Each order is packed by hand, with care and attention to detail - the same way we’d prepare something for a friend. We want it to feel thoughtful when it arrives, not like just another box inside a box.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
As soon as your order heads out the door, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details and a direct link to follow your package.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes — we’re happy to ship to PO Boxes within Canada.

To help keep things running smoothly for everyone:
Please do not park in the driveway or directly outside the studio, as access needs to remain clear for our neighbours. Instead, park on Hellesen Drive and take the short walk around the corner.
