How can I get in touch with your service team?
Our service team is based out of Tofino, B.C. There's two ways to get in touch with us. One is our contact page, or our phone number here: 1 205-203-9506.
When can I expect a response to my email?
Within 24 to 48 hrs.
Can I place an order over the phone?
We're fairly busy but if you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org I'm sure we can sort something out.

Do you test on animals? Are your products cruelty-free?
We don't test on animals and our products are all cruelty-free.
Are your products vegan?
Most of them! We do use some organic Vancouver Island Beeswax in our Beeswax Candle Collection.
The product I want is out of stock!
We try to stay on top of all our inventory. If something is out of stock - please know we are working hard to restock it for you. For specific details and dates shoot us an.
Can you send me samples?
Send us an email and tell us about your wholesale business. If you are running a business we can surely talk about it.
Where can I buy your products?
Our retailers page is being updated and will be live shortly. Please send an email inquiring though at email@example.com
How do I store your products?
Best to store our mindfully made produces out of direct sunlight and in an insulated room where the temperature doesn't have large fluctuations.
What is the expiry date of your products?
Our botanical soaps should be used within one year. All other items are shelf stable or have expiry dates listed for reference.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Email us within 48hrs of your order.
Can I remove products from my order?
Yes, just email us and we'll refund you.
How many products can I order at a time?
As many as you'd like! If your a retailer please reach out by email - firstname.lastname@example.org - to discuss volume and pricing.
I placed an order on your website and never received a confirmation email.
Check your junk mail. If it isn't there shoot us an email at email@example.com
How can I track my order?
You'll get your tracking number via email once your package has been shipped out.
I did not receive a tracking number!
Email us and we'll get in touch.
There’s an item missing/damaged! My order is wrong.
Email us right away and we'll look into it.
My order has been shipped to the wrong address!
Please triple check your address before submitting. Once an order has been shipped it is difficult to turn the process around.

No returns unless you had an allergic reaction.
