How to use:
Shower: Shake well and mist 3–5 sprays below the stream of hot water. Let the steam carry the essential oils through your shower before breathing deeply.
Sauna: Shake well and lightly mist onto sauna rocks between rounds to release the refreshing aroma throughout your sauna session.
