Distilled Meares Island water, locally foraged wild botanical hydrosol, and a custom coastal blend of pure essential oils of wintergreen, eucalyptus, and Japanese organic peppermint.

HOW TO:
For your sauna session, shake and spritz the bottle intermittently on the sauna rocks to release the aromatherapy benefits.

Bring the spa into your shower ritual by shaking and spritzing 3-4 times below the stream of hot water while in the shower.
