If you are purchasing a gift card for someone else, you will need to supply us with their mailing address so that we may forward the gift card to the recipient. Otherwise, we are able to email the card to you so that you may print it off yourself for them.

Orders are typically prepared within 2–9 business days. Since everything is handmade in small batches, processing times may vary slightly compared to large retailers.
Due to the nature of our products and shipping limitations, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll resolve the issue.
