Our Blackberry Bourbon jam is hand made in small batches with blackberries grown on Vancouver Island. Complimented with Bulleit Bourbon, a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey, this sweet and bellow jam has a bold, but subtle, touch of bourbon and is a great classic spread on toast or paired with a friend, like cheese.
